The enemy is not me - it's the cookie

Day 1 breakfast - whole grain brown rice and orange juice
Day 1 lunch - chicken soup and whole grain roll
Day 1 snack - yogurt
Day 1 dinner - grilled chicken, broccoli, mac and cheese
Day 1 desert - brownie and milk and cookies and milk

Day 2 starting weight - 201; lost a pound. 19 more to go!!
